Listeners can enter by texting the word “TAHOE” to 77000.  One text per phone number will be allowed.

Listeners can text “TAHOE” to 77000 between 12:00pm on Monday, May 20, 2013 through 12:00pm on Friday, May 31, 2013 to enter.

Grand Prize winner will be drawn an announced at approximately 5:50pm on Friday, May 31, 2013.

Winner will receive a trip to Reno/Tahoe including airfare aboard Allegiant Air from Bellingham, WA to Reno, NV, 3 nights hotel accommodations, breakfast & dinner for two, and two summer activity passes for two.  Total prize value is approximately $600.

Prize value is approximate and based on retail value, as stated by Reno/Tahoe Marketing Committee.

At approximately 5:50pm on May 31, 2013, one winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible text entries received during the entry period to win the grand prize.  Winner will be announced on the air and notified by telephone.

KGMI contests are open to all eligible U.S. Citizens, residing in Washington State, age 18 or older, that have not won anything on KGMI in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KGMI, Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the KGMI main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

We will make reasonable efforts to award prizes within 30 days after winning.
