HOW TO ENTER/PARTICIPATE:
To enter, complete an entry form at www.KGMI.com between 7:30am August 26, 2013 – 11:59pm September 1, 2013. Entrants must include all required registration information to register and agree to terms for UPICKEM.  To participate, you must be a member of the KGMI E-Club and a registered user through UPICKEM.  One entry per person.

ENTRY DEADLINE:
All entries must be received between 7:30am on August 26, 2013 – 11:59pm on September 1, 2013.

WHEN PRIZES CAN BE WON:
Winner will be drawn at approximately 10:30am on September 3, 2013.

EXTENT/NATURE/VALUE OF PRIZES:
Winner will receive a $50 Shell Gas Card.

BASIS FOR VALUATION OF PRIZES:
Prize value based on retail price of the gas card.

TIME/MEANS OF SELECTION OF WINNER:
At approximately 10:30am on September 3, 2013, we will randomly draw one entry from all entries submitted.  If the winner is deemed to be an ineligible entry, it will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.  Winner will be notified by telephone.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
KGMI contests are open to all eligible US Citizens, residing in Washington state, age 18 or older, that have not won anything on KGMI in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KGMI, Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the (station) main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

WHEN PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED:
We will make reasonable efforts to award prizes within 30 days after winning.
