BELLINGHAM, Wash. (Metro) -- Groundbreaking is coming up soon for Bellingham Technical College's new fishery science building. BbjToday.com says a ceremony will take place Tuesday, July 31st in Maritime Heritage Park. The Perry Center will be home to BTC's Fisheries and Aquaculture Sciences program.
