Bellingham Tech's Fishery Science Building To Break Ground

BELLINGHAM, Wash.  (Metro)  -- Groundbreaking is coming up soon for Bellingham Technical College's new fishery science building. 

BbjToday.com says a ceremony will take place Tuesday, July 31st in Maritime Heritage Park. 

The Perry Center will be home to BTC's Fisheries and Aquaculture Sciences program. 

Students will be trained in fields like fish hatchery operations, marine life and habitat restoration. 

The project should be complete by the Fall of 2013.
