CARACAS (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is undergoing "delicate" and "complex" alternative treatments after having cancer surgery in Cuba, Vice President Nicolas Maduro said on Wednesday.

The 58-year-old socialist leader has not been seen in public nor heard from in more than two months since his December 11 operation, his fourth surgery for cancer in 18 months.
