EVERETT, Wash. (Metro) -- Eight-year-old Rylee Stark loves fashion.
Part of the Everett girl's fashion statement is a little pink pocket on her tank top that hides a secret.
Rylee suffers from Type 1 Diabetes and the insulin pump attached to her abdomen is contained in the zippered pocket, fashioned by her mom, Corrie Stark.
She tells KING 5 News the goal was to let her daughter feel like everyone else.
Rylee plays soccer and does cartwheels without worrying about the pump falling out.
Friends and family helped Corrie come up with a tank top line called Rylee's Pocket.
Designed for kids and women with insulin pumps, they can be worn as trendy undershirts.
The family is now selling the tank tops for 20-dollars each, trying to raise enough money to provide them to the all the diabetic kids at ADA Camp Sealth on Vashon Island.
