Sixty-one-year-old Diane Graff of Mount Vernon worked at Roger Jobs Motors on Iowa Street in Bellingham from 1997 until she was fired in August.
The dealership owner, Roger Jobs, says the alleged theft never affected any customers.
According to charging documents, Graff is facing 12 counts of theft for allegedly taking unauthorized advances from the company’s accounts between 2010 and last June. In all, she’s accused of taking nearly $73,000 from the dealership.
Jobs says the company has improved its money security measures, and now requires two signatures on its payroll checks and other checks.
