The Cascade Radio Group, located in Bellingham, WA has a unique opportunity.  We are seeking an energetic Account Executive to add to our already successful team, selling our five radio stations, non-traditional revenue and interactive platforms.  The right candidate must be able to work independently and be goal oriented.  They must be organized and an effective problem solver with excellent writing and presentation skills.  We have a great local presence in the community and active, involved radio stations.  The individual should also be ready to hit the streets to create advertising/promotional partnerships with both existing clients and new local businesses. Director of Sales
 

The Cascade Radio Group, located in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Director of Sales for five radio stations, KISM-FM, KAFE-FM, KGMI-AM, KPUG-AM and KBAI-AM.  Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in sales or sales management with a proven track record with local retail, non-traditional revenue streams and interactive platforms.  The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills working with both management and programming to develop new revenue opportunities.  They will serve as a leader and mentor to a staff of 11 Account Executives.  They should be able to recognize and grow the strengths of each individual and consistently perform above expectations.  The Cascade Radio Group is a team of individuals where people make the difference and have a passion for the industry.  We have local commitment to the community and that is the cornerstone of our business.  Innovation and creativity are welcomed.
