Bellingham, Wash. -- The manhunt continues for the gunman in a Bellingham shooting.
Spokesman Mark Young says the victim was shot once in the chest as she answered her Pacific Street apartment door Thursday morning.
Young says the shooting was not random.
The victim told officers the gunman was wearing a mask.
Police had sought Justin Pring as a person of interest following the shooting becasue he has a history with the victim, but he is not a suspect and is cooperating with police.
The victim is in satisfactory condition at Peace Health Saint Joseph Medical Center.
Young says although the shooting was not random, the gunman is on the loose and anyone with information should call Police.
