Police Wonder What Happened To Alaska Airlines Pilot From WA

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Metro) -- Police in Los Angeles are trying to figure out how a veteran Alaska Airlines pilot from Washington state wound up dead next to an LA freeway ramp.

"The Los Angeles Times" said a passerby spotted the body of Lee Clifford Morris of Richland along a fence Tuesday evening.

In Seattle, Channel 13 said Morris had flown from Seattle to Burbank Monday and didn't show up to pilot his return flight Tuesday morning.
