State Flags To Fly At Half-Staff Today

OLYMPIA, Wash.  (Metro)  -- Washington state flags will fly at half-staff today. 

That's what Governor Christine Gregoire has ordered after the death of Army Staff Sergeant Matthew Stiltz of Spokane. 

He was killed in action in Afghanistan on November 12 when enemy troops attacked his unit with artillery fire.
