SEATTLE, Wash. (Metro) -- Washington is about to get just over $4 million in what state Attorney General Rob McKenna calls a record setting prescription drug settlement. McKenna and 36 other attorneys general recently reached the $181 million deal with Janssen Pharmaceuticals. They said it improperly marketed four antipsychotic drugs for unapproved uses.
