Wild Horse On The Loose

WHATCOM, Wash. -- A wild horse recently rescued from the Bureau of Land Management has broken through her corral and is on the loose in the Squalicum Valley area, near Mount Baker Highway and Y Road.

The horse's owner, Tracy Westbury, says she escaped Tuesday morning.

The horse is a Red Dunn, with a black stripe down her back and a white blaze down her face.

She is wearing a halter, but Westbury is asking people not to get too close.

Again this horse is wild. If you see her, please contact the humane society.
