Deadline: “Fancy Pants Runway Challenge”

Friday, May 13th, 2016 - 5:00 pm
at Leopold Crystal Ballroom
1224 Cornwall Avenue

In the spirit of fun and creative reuse, Ragfinery brings back the Runway Show that was such a hit last year!  They’re going upscale on this one–with a classy venue, cocktails and refreshments. When they say fancy pants they mean it: This year, twenty-five participants have two months to transform tuxedo pants and cocktail dresses–along with other items of their choosing–into something unique they can model on the runway.

Entries will be judged in the following categories: Fanciest, Creative Transformation and Presentation. Participants will be competing for cash, gift prizes and (of course) widespread fame! The evening features music by DJ Alternative Fields.

The entry fee is $20.  The entry deadline is May 13th (5pm).
