St. Luke’s Community Health Education Center is hosting a Free Workshop on Advance Care Planning. You’ll learn why planning is necessary; how to choose someone to be your Durable Power-Of-Attorney for health care; how to talk to loved ones and doctors about your preferences for end-of-life care and how to complete and file Advance Directive paperwork. (Pre-registration is not required)
