It’s time for the 4th annual¬†Whatcom SkillShare Faire–at The Center For Local Self-Reliance¬†and at Fairhaven Park–August 29th and 30th! Every year the faire features short classes, workshops and hands-on demonstrations. Skill sharers range from “experienced elders” to “creative and talented younger folk”!

Popular topics include raising rabbits and poultry; scything; sharpening tools; beekeeping; basket making; archery; spinning and weaving; gardening; food preservation; car and bike maintenance and much more!
