LUMMI ISLAND, Wash. – There are additional morning runs scheduled for the Lummi Island ferry this weekend to accommodate for a temporary service shutdown between 7:30 and 10:00 a.m.
Culbertson Marine will be working to cut low-lying timbers on the existing wing wall while the tide is low enough on Saturday and Sunday.
The added runs will be at 6:00, 6:20 and 6:40 each morning so people can get off the island before ferry service is shut down.
