Annual Lummi Island ferry dry-dock starts Wednesday

LUMMI ISLAND, Wash. – The Lummi Island ferry goes into its annual dry-dock tomorrow for maintenance.

Foot-passenger only service will be provided until the Whatcom Chief is back in service, which is tentatively scheduled for September 26.

The last vehicle run is tonight, with the ferry leaving Lummi Island at 10:00 p.m. and the last run from Gooseberry point at 10:10 p.m.
