Border officials seize over 137 pounds of cocaine at Pacific Highway crossing

The Canada Border Services Agency seizes over 137 pounds of cocaine at the Pacific Highway border crossing.

The 56 bricks were hidden among food products being shipped from California on June 26TH.

This is the largest seizure since July 2011 when officers intercepted over 253 pounds at the Pacific Highway port of entry.

The drugs were found when the driver couldn’t satisfy the primary officer’s questions and underwent a secondary inspection.
