BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham city and port staff presented waterfront redevelopment plans to the Bellingham City Council Monday.
Mike Stoner with the Port of Bellingham says the plans are a good fit for the city.
The city will host an open-house waterfront information fair from noon to 1:30 and 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. tomorrow in the lobby of Bellingham City Hall.
A public hearing on the plans is scheduled for August 5.
There will also be walking tours and boat tours where people can learn more about the plans later this summer.
