BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The Bellingham City Council will discuss the latest proposed changes to the city’s waterfront redevelopment plans today.

The city and Port of Bellingham held several public meetings and site tours over the summer on the waterfront plans.

City Council President Seth Fleetwood says council members will study the latest revisions and consider making any final changes.
