BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The downhill lane of W. College Way between Highland Drive and Bill McDonald Parkway will be closed starting Monday.
Crews will be pouring new concrete panels and the work could take two to five weeks.
Project Manager Craig Mueller says the length of time depends on how long it takes the concrete to settle and be ready for heavy traffic.
A detour for eastbound traffic will be in place and flaggers will direct westbound traffic around the lane closure.
Drivers should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
