BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Gas prices are continuing to trend downward in Bellingham and Washington State.
AAA says the current average in Bellingham is $3.32 a gallon, the lowest since February 2011.
Spokesperson Jennifer Cook says Bellingham’s prices are following national trends.
Bellingham’s average gas price has dropped 27 cents in the last month and is 32 cents less than it was a year ago.
Cook says while the trend is expected to continue for rest of the year, it is unlikely Washington will see prices go below $3.00.
