BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Police rounded up 19 suspected drug dealers off the streets Wednesday afternoon.
The investigation began after people and businesses complained about people selling drugs in plain sight at Maritime Heritage Park and on “Hotel Row” along Samish Way.
Lieutenant Rick Sucee says they were able to identify 33 dealers who sold drugs to them on the street.

Arrest teams hit the streets after a four week intensive investigation.
Most of the suspected dealers are transients.
Police are on the lookout for the remaining suspects.
