Halloween crash claims another life

OAK HARBOR, Wash. – A crash near Anacortes on Halloween that killed one Oak Harbor teenager has claimed the life of her twin sister.

Washington State Patrol say 17-year-old Janesah Goheen, died yesterday at Harborview Medical Center.

Her twin sister, 17-year-old Janeah Goheen, died at the scene.

Fifty-two year-old Ira Blackstock of Oak Harbor lost control of his car on a curve on SR 20 and crossed the center line, striking the sisters’ car.

Another friend in the car was injured.

The crash is still under investigation.

Troopers say Blackstock was driving impaired.
