Bellingham United FC needed all 90 minutes to beat Coquitlam, 2-1, Sunday at Civic Stadium in Bellingham.
Forward Kellan Brown got the scoring going, giving a 1-0 lead in the 7th minute. Coquitlam responded with a goal of their own to tie the match, 1-1, early in the second half. Hammers Midfielder Brendan Quilici scored the match-winning goal in the 90th minute to give Bellingham the winning margin.
With the victory, Bellingham United FC improves to 6-2-1 on the season. The victory also pushes the Hammers to first place in the PCSL.
Bellingham visits Coquitlam on Wednesday, June 12th. Kick-off is set for 8pm.
