WASHINGTON STATE. – Starting tomorrow, healthcare reform will move from speculation to reality when insurance exchanges in Washington state and across the country open for business.

People without health insurance or those who buy insurance as an individual will discover how much the Affordable Care Act will affect their cost of living in 2014.
