EVERETT, Wash. – Bail remains at $2 million for a man charged with first-degree murder in connection with a crash that killed a Mukilteo nurse last month.
Joseph Strange pleaded not guilty to the charge in Snohomish County Superior Court.
Police say Strange, who’s a convicted felon, was being chased by officers on May 12 when the stolen truck he was driving broadsided a car in north Everett.
The driver of the car, Rachael Kamin, died two days later at a Seattle hospital.
