The Seattle Mariners have dealt AAA minor league infielder Robert Andino to the Pittsburgh Pirates for a player to be named later of cash considerations. General Manager Jack Zduriencik announced the move Wednesday.
Andino started the season with Seattle hitting just .184 in 29 games. He was outrighted to AAA Tacoma May 27th. Andino hit .229 with 17 runs scored, 3 home runs and 12 RBI’s in 44 games with the Rainiers.
