LYNDEN, Wash. – A new local owner of the Lynden Dutch Village Mall has big plans to breathe new life into the downtown landmark.
Lynden Floor owner Greg Neufeldt bought the property for $1.1 million on November 1.
Nuefeldt says he and his ownership team, Tim Broersma and Ben Ryan who run Element’s Hospitality, are going to get the iconic windmill turning once again.
Elements Hospitality, a hotel and resort renovation company, will move in it’s 40 employees.
Neufeldt says the design team will renovate the Dutch Village Inn and revamp the empty retail spaces.
