One man is dead and three are injured after a car swerved into oncoming traffic on Slater Road last night, in the second fatal accident of the weekend.
State troopers say 39-year-old Tonya Feistner of Bellingham swerved across the center line and crashed into another car driven by 63-year-old Raymond Bailey. He died at the scene.
His two passengers David Widner and Elizabeth Bailey, along with Feistner, suffered serious injuries. They are undergoing treatment at Peace Health Saint Joseph’s Medical Center.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, but troopers believe drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
Troopers say all three people in the second car wore seatbelts, but Feistner did not.
Possible charges in this case are pending.
