BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Fallout from the large party turned riot last weekend near WWU’s campus continues.
A property manager says he will evict the tenants responsible for planning the party at the Jersey Street apartment complex he manages.
Hammer Properties owner Mike Hays says they are doing a joint investigation with Bellingham Police.
He has given the names of all the tenants in the Jersey Street apartment complex to Police.
He says there is a clause in their lease that forbids large parties.
Those who are found responsible could be fined $500 and be evicted.
Tenants who are evicted and their co-signers will still have to pay the rent until a new tenant is moved in.
