(Undated) — Seattle Seahawks cornerback Brandon Browner isn’t taking an indefinite suspension from the NFL lying down. After his appeal was denied, his agent tells ProFootballTalk.com that Browner will “sue the living daylights out of the league” if future attempts to have the penalty overturned are unsuccessful. The 29-year-old was suspended for violating the NFL’s substance-abuse policy for the second time in two seasons. He also missed the final four games of the 2012 campaign. Browner, who is set to become a free agent after this season, has not played since November 10th due to a groin injury.
