Washington Husky tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins is leaving school a year early. Seferian-Jenkins told the Seattle Times after Friday night’s win in the Fight Hunger Bowl that he’ll skip his senior season and declare himself eligible for the NFL Draft. He leaves as Washington’s all-time leader in receptions, receiving yards and touchdown catches by a tight end.

Husky interim coach Marques Tuiasosopo is also on his way out of Seattle to join Steve Sarkisian’s staff at USC. Tuiasosopo will be the Trojans’ tight ends coach. New Husky coach Chris Petersen reportedly offered Tuiasosopo the same job with the Dawgs.
