BURLINGTON, Wash. – Transportation officials say the Skagit River bridge replacement project is on track to be completed before Thanksgiving.
That’s in spite of several complications faced by construction crews.
Department of Transportation spokesman Dave Chesson tells the “Skagit Valley Herald” that crews have run into trouble with certain aspects of retrofitting the bridge, but that the issues shouldn’t delay final construction by more than a few days.
