BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Classes haven’t yet begun for the fall quarter at Bellingham Technical College, as faculty members have been on strike since Tuesday.
Clerical, technical, instructional, and retail support staff at the school have also voted to authorize a strike, and are honoring faculty picket lines.
About 2,500 students are affected by the walkout.
BTC students cannot secure financial aid until classes begin.
