BRITISH COLUMBIA, Canada – Canadian authorities say they’ve foiled a terrorist attack.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police says two suspects planned to build pressure cooker bombs and detonate them at the British Columbia Legislature in Victoria on Monday’s Canada Day.

John Stuart Nuttall and Amanda Korody face charges including conspiracy to place an explosive in a public area.

The Mounties say though there was a threat, at no time was the security of the public at risk.
