The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is making headlines for what they’re offering their workers.

The foundation now has one of the most-talked about parental leave policies in the world.

They announced they’ll offer paid leave for both new mothers and fathers for an entire year after their child’s birth or adoption.

Workers will also have unlimited time off, whether for sick leave or vacation.

They say this will help workers be more focused.
