BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The August 13 rain record that had stood since 1966 was shattered on Wednesday.

More than half-an-inch of rain fell at the Bellingham airport.

The previous record was less than half-an-inch.

Tomorrow and Sunday are forecasted to be dry with highs in the 70’s.
