Blaine School Board loses member


BLAINE, Wash. – The Blaine School Board is losing one of its members.

Susan Holmes is moving out of the district.

She submitted her resignation.

Her last day on the board will be April 15.

The board will select her replacement.

Her second term would have ended in 2017.
