BELLINGHAM, Wash. – It’s going to be tough to get into Bellingham’s Boulevard Park the next three days.

BNSF is doing work on the train tracks, closing the car entrance to the park today, tomorrow, and Wednesday.

Access from the South Bay trail at Wharf Street may also be limited or closed at times.

The park and The Woods Coffee shop will remain open, and are accessible by foot and bike only via Taylor Dock from Fairhaven and the overpass stairs from State Street.
