BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The Whatcom County real estate market is coming back slowly, but surely.

Lylene Johnson with the Muljat Group says the sales in the first quarter of 2014 are trending up.

The pricing of homes still is lagging, staying about the same as 2010.

Johnson says the next several months heading into summer will show if the upward trend can continue.
