BELLINGHAM, Wash. – People are still texting and driving in Washington State.

Jon Osterberg is with PEMCO Insurance says people need to be more responsible.

A new PEMCO poll finds that roughly half of drivers under the age of 35 in Washington and the Portland area admit texting behind the wheel.

One out of five polled say they talk on a hand-held phone while driving at least occasionally.
