Taylor Swift nominated for 8 American Country Awards

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Taylor Swift leads the nominations for yet another country awards show.

Swift is up for eight trophies at the American Country Awards, which will run Dec. 10 on Fox.

Florida Georgia Line and Blake Shelton have seven each.

All three acts will compete for artist of the year, along with Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan.

Florida Georgia Line are also up for best new artist, up against Kip Moore, Kacey Musgraves, Cassadee Pope and Thomas Rhett.

Fans can vote now, one vote each day, until Nov. 12. Voting for artist of the year will close on Dec. 7.

Trace Adkins and NASCAR’s Danica Patrick will host the show.
