Victoria Beckham snacks on bee pollen to combat wrinkles.

The former Spice Girls star is obsessed with eating the odd health food, which is usually taken in granule form, because it is rich in nutritional benefits and helps her tackle the signs of aging.

She defends her choice of snack to British Vogue magazine, saying, “Twenty-two amino acids, 12 vitamins, 28 minerals. Please don’t write that I’m completely mad, we don’t want wrinkles.”
