SEATTLE, Wash. (Metro) -- The attorney defending Joint Base Lewis-McChord Army Staff Sergeant Robert Bales against charges that he killed 17 Afghan civilians earlier this year is now questioning whether the massacre even happened.
KCPQ says John Henry Browne of Seattle bases that on what he calls the Army's reluctance to share information on the case.
He also claims that many witnesses don't back the Army's story.
