WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. (Metro) -- After years of serious declines, a new report suggests that Whatcom County home prices are close to leveling off.
The "Herald" says the Federal Housing Finance Agency estimates that Whatcom home values dropped just under two percent in the first quarter compared to last year.
Home prices throughout Washington fell nearly 5.5 percent during the same period.
