WASHINGTON STATE (Metro) -- BP's Cherry Point refinery near Bellingham is getting back into business after being shut down by a February fire. One oil industry analyst says that should boost local supplies and limit a sudden, explosive gasoline price spike mostly to the Memorial Day weekend.
