BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- A new website allows users in the Bellingham area to rent person to person. 

The Evergreen List is a website where people to connect with others in their area and rent items from each other for one time use. 

Website founder Evan Lindquist says the free service is a great platform for reaching out a creating a strong community of renters.



Lindquist says the site is essentially a Craig’s List for renters with a few modifications. 

He says Evergreen List provides more detail about the site’s users on their profiles along with printable rental agreements to help users set their own terms and conditions.
