After La Nina Winters, Forecast Predicts Warm, Dryness
SEATTLE, Wash. (Metro) -- After rare back-to-back La Nina winters featuring cold, icy weather, forecasters now think Western Washington is in for a warm, dry El Nino next year.
KOMO 4 News says that Western Washington is in neutral now with a mostly routine June so far.
La-Nina and El-Nino are ocean currents that govern temperatures onshore.
