SEATTLE, Wash.  (Metro)  -- The price at the gas pump continues to decline. 

AAA reports the Seattle-area average for regular fell a penny and a half overnight, to about $4.03 per gallon.  That's $0.19 lower than a week ago and $0.25 below the average at this point in May.
